Chris and his family have lived in Bloomington since 2005. Over the years Chris and his wife began sensing God’s call to plant a church that would love and engage the culture of Bloomington. A church that would seek to meet the many needs of our city with the hope of the gospel. A church that would be a gospel-centered community on mission, extending the good news of the gospel as we love and serve this city and seek to see many come to saving faith in Jesus.
Pastor Chris and his wife Krystal have been married since 2000 and they have three children: Seth (2002), Leah (2004), and Levi (2008).
Chris graduated from Missouri State University in 1998 with a BA in History, minor in Religious Studies. He served in campus ministry at Missouri State and Indiana University for a total of 14 years before planting Redeemer.
Until Redeemer is able to raise up its own elders, we have two Pastors from other churches that are serving as our transitional elder board: Kevin Larson and Eric Roseberry.
