How to Prepare for the Gathering 9-20-15

“[Jesus] is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.” (Hebrews 1:3-4)

This week, Deacon David Ball will finish up our series, “Redeemer DNA” as we learn about Gospel Worship. This will wrap up a 4 week series covering what it means to be a disciple. “A spirit-led follower of Jesus, united with a gospel community, on mission to people of all nations, for the glory of God”

After we spend time hearing from God’s word we will respond by singing together to encourage one another in the faith. Don’t miss the gathering this Sunday! It is the gathering of believers regularly that strengthens and encourages us to remember the gospel of Jesus. (Hebrews 10:19-25) Come as you are, without anything of your own, and find in Christ more than enough to cover your sins and make you new.
